Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

1. Data controller

The data controller is Crisol Lab. You can reach us at info@crisollab.com.

This policy applies to two services: the crisollab.com website and CADU, our automated agent that handles inquiries and bookings over WhatsApp.

2. What data we process

On crisollab.com

  • If you request a call through the form: your name, your email, an optional message and the language of the page.
  • Technical data about each visit, such as the IP address and connection details, which Cloudflare processes to serve the site and rate-limit submissions.
  • If you write to us directly at info@crisollab.com: your email address and the content of your message.

In CADU (WhatsApp)

  • Your WhatsApp number and profile name.
  • The content of the messages you exchange with CADU.
  • Message metadata, such as date and time, identifiers and delivery status.

We receive this data through Meta’s WhatsApp API. We do not ask for data we do not need to reply to you.

3. What we use it for

We use your data to answer your inquiries and to coordinate the calls or bookings you ask for. We do not send marketing you have not requested, we do not sell or transfer your data and we do not profile you.

4. Who we share it with

To provide the service we use providers that process data on our behalf:

  • Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): carries the messages between you and CADU.
  • Resend: sends the email notices of the requests we receive (United States).
  • Cloudflare: hosts the site, processes the technical connection data and measures visits in aggregate.
  • The email provider of the info@crisollab.com mailbox: receives the emails sent to that address.
  • Infrastructure providers (hosting and storage) and artificial intelligence model providers that process CADU messages to generate replies and manage bookings.

Some of these providers are located outside Argentina, so your data may be transferred to and processed in other countries, including the United States. We only share what each function needs.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data for up to 12 months from your last contact, unless a commercial relationship justifies keeping it longer. After that period we delete it.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site does not use cookies or tracking pixels. To count visits and measure loading speed in aggregate we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which stores nothing in your browser, does not track you across sites and discards your IP address. Fonts are served from our own domain.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and update your data and to request its deletion (Argentine Law 25.326, arts. 14 to 16). To exercise them, write to info@crisollab.com stating what you want to do and which email or WhatsApp number you used to contact us.

The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory authority of Law 25.326, is responsible for handling complaints and claims from people whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection rules (Disposition DNPDP 10/2008).

8. Data deletion

To ask us to delete your data, send an email to info@crisollab.com with the subject Delete my data. In the message, state the email you used in the site form, the WhatsApp number you used to talk to CADU, or both.

We will delete:

  • The site form records associated with that email.
  • The CADU conversations associated with that WhatsApp number.
  • The emails we have exchanged with you.

We will confirm by email when we are done. We reply within the period the law sets for deletion requests: five business days from receiving your request (art. 16 of Law 25.326).

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page and update the last-updated date.
