1. Who provides the service and what these terms cover

The crisollab.com website and CADU are provided by Crisol Lab (info@crisollab.com). These terms apply to the use of the site and to the use of CADU through WhatsApp. By using them, you accept these conditions.

2. What CADU is

CADU is an automated agent, not a person. It answers inquiries and manages bookings over WhatsApp. It can make mistakes, so verify important information before acting on it. The service is offered with no guarantee of availability: it may be interrupted, changed or discontinued.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the site or CADU to send spam, post or request unlawful content, or try to break, overload or deceive the service. Crisol Lab may stop replying to anyone who breaks these rules.

4. WhatsApp

The messaging channel is provided by Meta, so the use of CADU is also governed by WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy. Crisol Lab does not control that service and is not responsible for how it works.

6. Limitation of liability

The site content is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Crisol Lab is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on CADU’s replies or on the site content.
